do you know how tall the sidewall would have to be to get decent flex out of a 20" slick.. ...you would end up with like a 36" tall slick....which would do absolutly no good for your ET and MPH

^^^^^agreed^^^^^^ Just get a cheap set of 16" wheels and ET streets then you can still drive to the track on them.

I know of some drag radials which are the same diameter, etc. of regular radials for up to 17(or 18?) inch wheels. Oh well may be someday. I'd just rather see my truck with all 4 of the same diameter/style wheels, and have 2 sets for the rear - 1 for the track and 1 for everyday use.

mt streets 28x11.50 x 16 coming soon currently a few hundred on back order. just the right size for our trucks.
centerline light billet 16x9.5 rims w/5-6 back space.less then $200 rim.
I have 20x9.5 moda R7, great style, fit and finish, also price. 275/45/20 GT II. The only down size-really heavy! cast aluminum, really hurt my et's.
can't wait to get the slicks.
-Another option is going with 18's and running the nitto drag radials 305/40 18 if you can afford them$$$$. I see the lightnings running them all the time.

I ran a 15.2 @ ?, and 14.2 @ 96 - both times with my 20's on, so I would have been quicker you think on stock set up? I didn't have a problem spinning but that was probably due to the weight of the 20's. I am in the market though for some ET streets for when the converter gets installed.
