Would a flowmaster be louder?

Question Would a flowmaster be louder?

I have a flowmaster 40 seris 2 chamber and i like how it sounds but i want it louder i have it dumped before the axle in the back i was wondering if it would be louder to dual it out the back or how i have it....also my friend has a regency truck and his truck is alot louder then my truck but he said our muffler is bascially the same what would make his louder then mine the tips making it go out the back what? also i would like headers for my truck and opion on which i should get.....this isn't wild thing by the way im his friend....

I would think that the dumps would be louder! Do you want it louder in the cab or for others?

By the way I have a 40 flowmaster dumped with JBA headers
