Default Worked on the tune, new Idle video...

Here is the video: Cam @ Idle Clip
Cam is a a 214/212 .6''/.57'' 108LSA.

I wanted to get it running a little better and since I recently downloaded the new real time tuning from HPTuners...
Started out by opening up the throttle with the set screw. Decreased the RAF table (running airflow) to 5 in Gear and 6.25 in P/N. This put my Idle Adapt to within .001 of 0 LB/MIN. Idle is set to 700-rpm w/ 25* of timing.

This is all in open loop w/ the MAF enabled. I'm running a dry shot, or I'd run straight open loop. At idle I'm at 15.2 A/F in open loop and then of course stoich with the MAF re-enabled.

Truck is fun as **** to drive now and I'm amazed at how easy it was to tune. All you gotta do is read and you'll be fine. So much info out there between the HPT board and LS1Tech.

At WOT... it pulls great, especially at night. LOL... The freakin heat kills it. I saw IATs at 150* the other day. On a 25 punch, it's all spin. But, I'm really waiting on the dyno. The pull in second gear is very strong. Can't wait to see what my torque curve is doing. I new I'd need this with my 2800 converter that drops below peak torque after the gear change. I believe I fall back to 4400rpm.

Tuning is fun as ****... Don't do a mail order.

Sounds sick man, did you have any tuning experience prior to HPtuners software suite?

That's good to know, I ask because that's one of the things that, for awhile, has been keeping me from getting the HPT suite.

But anyway, major props to you! Can't wait to see what she does n/a at the track w/ the cam.
