Default Wont start?

dropped a 5.3 in my 2000 S10/ motor mods include 228R Comp grind. 3200 circle D stall, LS1 intake ect. i did the wiring myself which im pretty confident in. the motor cranks all day and i pretty much verfied im not getting fuel past the injectors, i pulled the sparkplugs after cranking the engine over for like 20secs and i dont smell any fuel. however this is where im confused. my plugs which are NGK iridiums were brand new but they have small brown marks on the porcelin near the tip of the plug, even though the motor isnt firing would the plugs be capable of making those marks if they were igniting? anyway fuel pressure is great, im using HOLLEY LS fuel rails with a fuel pressure gauge tapped into the rail, (its a steady 58-60, no leaks). for the record the PCM has NOT been tuned or had VATs removed but even though it should still fire for like 3 seconds right? my grounds are good and i swapped out the crank position sensor just to make sure. the injectors are L59 injectors and they had been sitting since august of last year but about a week ago i boiled them in really hot water and it removed alot of crud from them. i do have another set of injectors that i got from the yard yesterday ( they have green o-rings, not sure of the #lbph). what would you guys do? grounds are good but this damn thing wont start for the life of me/ should i swap injectors? i assume the other set i have were still kicking because the fuel that came out when i pulled them from the silverado in the junkyard was still clear and smelled like fresh fuel/ no varnish

Plug a scanner in and put your gauge on the rail and do a injector drop test that will pulse the injector to verify they are not stuck and can flow fuel. If they are stuck I;ve had luck more than once letting them soak in b12 overnight and then powering them up using a injector pigtail and blowing them out with compressed air.

Get the pcm tuned it wont' start with the theft deterent not disabled sometimes they will fire and run other times they are just dead.

Plug a noid light into the injector connector and have someone crank it and see if it flashes and then stops while cranking this at least tells you the pcm can control the injectors. But again dont be surprised if you get nothing here due to the VATS not being disabled in the pcm tune.

im gonna break my damn head in a minute, its always stupid stuff like this. i plugged a multi-meter in the injector pigtail while key on. 12.1v. voltage fluctuates when cranking, i take this as a sign of them "pulsing". i hope its VATS because i was pretty consistent with triple checking the wiring and everything checking out. i sprayed a SMALL amount of starter fluid and it coughed like it was trying to catch.

alright so i got up early today and started re-checking my wiring. so far 2 things of concern.
I have no power AT ALL going to the left bank Coil packs(2, 4, 6, 8 Cyls) however i do i have an adequate ground, if i put the negative probe on the main coil pack ground wire and the POS on the battery i get 12 volts. Since i work fast and loomed up/ taped up my harness already im gonna say screw pulling it back apart and just eliminate the pink wire in the coil harness and just tie in a whole new pink wire to a 12v ign source to simplify things. another area of concern is that some items are only getting 11.6 volts of power if that makes a difference?????? to be on the safe side im going to run an addition FAT ground wire from block to Frame. does that sound like a weak ground? all injectors are getting power and right bank cylinder coils all have power. left bank dead.
