Default Wiring Harness for Bank 2 O2 sensor dead?

When I installed my guages I noticed I had no reading for bank 2 O2 sensor, it would just stay stuck between 440-450, while bank 1 fluctuates all over the place as it should. So I swapped the bank 1 with bank 2 O2 sensor and still the bank 2 side was reading 440-450 which leads me to believe their something going on with the wiring. Also it worked for about 30 minutes a few days ago and then just quit on me again. How can I test the wiring harness that has the plug on the end to see if the plug is shorted out or something or could it be something else?
Thanks in advance

Got any SES lights or codes? The O2's have a heater in them and if they aren't up to temp they won't read correctly. There is a trouble shooting procedure in the service manual.

Only codes I have ever gotten was the lean condition bank 1 and lean condition bank 2. I just wondered if I could throw a meter on the wiring harness that plugs into the O2 sensor and test the individual pins and what they should read.
