Default Will my cam work FI?

So I've been gathering parts for a N/A 5.3 build for a while now. My goal with it is 400rwhp N/A and 525rwhp on the nitrous. What I have so far are cam, heads (still being worked though), lifters, and just a few other misc. parts and pieces. I was just going over what I still need and the $$$ was shocking, to me anyways. My thought was well if I have to buy injectors and headers still, that I might as well just spend the money now and go turbo. I was just wondering if the cam I bought for my N/A setup would work well on a turbo setup. The specs are 232/236 @ .050 .625/.625 lift on a 112. Any help is appreciated.

Matt

My brother's Chevelle is running a 5.3 with a 231/237 .600ish lift 112 lsa and a BW S480. Obviously the turbo is slow to lightoff, but when it does, it freaking moves out!

Only issue i see with a truck is that you'll want a great converter. Something loose enough to not feel like a pig down low, but efficient up top for the turbo.

That converter is definitely NOT for a turbo setup. A Yank PY3600 would work well, imo.

I'm running a Yank Pro Truck 3600 in my turbo RCSB and it does pretty good.
