The OP was asking about the Yank. I bet the Circle D is nice too. I love my Yank converter, most wouldn't want as much converter as I have though.

The bigger 278mm converters offered by Circle-D and Yank will be tighter than the smaller 258mm and so on. My 258mm Circle-D is a 2B which is a 2800-3K, and it flashes to about 3K, but has different street manners than Tom's old Yank TT3000 for sure. Can't go wrong with either Yank or Circle-D, I love my Circle-D and Chris's customer service is top notch. I've heard nothing but great stuff about the customer service that Dave at Yank provides also

Yep, let us know how it works for you. I have a TT2600 waiting to go in when I do my engine swap. I figured it'd be plenty of TC for a ~600hp engine. If I'm not mistaken, a lower stall flashes higher when more power is applied. I'm also hoping for great street manners.

Instead of starting a new thread I figured I would just ask another question on this one, I'm bout to install my stall, do you have to have a trans cooler or does it just help? And is it safe to drive it back to my house without the tune?

Itll be alright to drive around. I would get a bigger trans cooler because a loose converter will make a lot more heat.
