Default wideband sensor location...

DJ WBC came yesterday...question...
install suggests sensor placement before cats...I am deleting them soon, however, I do still have them now...
I was going to use the stock bung on y-pipe on pass. side just before joining of driver side...mainly due to convenience...
Where has everyone else placed theirs?
I know that the cats can vary the reading some...

Mine is after my cats as mine are gutted. All due to convienence. If you have cats working I am told you could be a whole point off in your reading at wot.

Yea, definitely don't put them after the cats if the cats are functional, you're reading will be totally wrong.

well, the most convenient is the driver side of y-pipe under driver's feet...I misunderstood someone that was pointing out the bung to use...but you guys are saying don't use the y-pipe bung if I still have cats...how far off would the #'s be and is it a consistent # that I could account for until new catless y-pipe?

i would say header collector...but i dont think that your # will be consistant off with the cats. you should be fine until they are gutted though, just dont try to push it to the edge
