Default Why is my horsepower so low...

1st run was with cutout closed
2nd and 3rd cutout open...
33 inch tires too.

All mods in sig average high or low...




i was expecting 260or more range..

dont feel bad. i only put down 277/283...ill race some of those dyno queens though

heh, i was just wanting some better results i guess. i guess its time for a few more bolt ons and street tuning.

3.73's, next time im going im def going to borrow some smaller tires or something, i wish i took pics on the passenger side tire hung off the roller by about 1 1/2".. kinda scary.

The tires are definitely killing the power.

Also I wouldnt put on smaller tires just to dyno for bigger numbers. Leave it exactly the same as when you drive it everyday. To reach he 300hp mark I suggest a small cam. I got myself the low lift 212/218 cam. I am just waiting for some push rods and I will be installing it.

I think those numbers are actually decent being you got them there git r done tires on yer truck. LOL

I would run it at the track and go from there? I try not to get caught up in the dyno number game very much. They all are calibrated differently and can read different numbers on any given day based on uncontrollable circumstances.

tires woud be for saftey reasons, the claws arent ment for 140 or so i think..They were houling and were very hot... hot...
