OBX doesn't make them without these provisions, however they come with a plug in the tube so it doesn't need to be used.

Can any of you guys that have bought / installed these tell me where they were manufactured? Does it say on the packaging, instructions, or headers themselves?

I want a set. Do they make a set for 08 5.3 4x4. So the kit comes with headers and a y-pipe with dummy cats? Can't beat the price.

Well their stainless steel, have good welds, and have no chance of having a crappy coating With that said I'll still end up getting PS's because I don't buy on Ebay.
