Also please post the links for the 2.5" collectors vs 3". I never measured mine so I don't know. What I do know is that unless you have a 430 CID+ motor I don't think I'd fuss over a .5" difference in collector size. Hell my 454 in my C10 only has 3" collectors and it's fine. I think you're splitting hairs I'd rather have the quality welded, great fitting, great looking durable headers than ones that give you 3 more RWHP

****...$435 and you get SS headers AND the Y pipe? So you are saying these will fit perfectly on my 2wd with no rub?

I lost 2lb boost with mine, to show you how much more air they flow then stock setup. 2lb loss and it still ran better. Then I pullied back up and it really ran better.

Yes, $435 for surgically stainless (damn near) super high quality headers with FAKE cats that are actually resonators and full Y-pipe. Includes new band clamps, all new bolts and gaskets. Reuse your factory manifold gaskets though (they seal better) and you factory manifold bolts. No monkey bullshyst like with the pacesetters and their crappy u bolt, slip fit no flange design.

And yes, when I hung my system I installed the whole thing loosely, then tightened up the headers first, then just lifted it into place where I wanted the y pipe and resonators and catback then just snugged it up so it'd hold, then one last go 'round to tighten everything up

My only problem is that I have about 1/4th a broken exhaust bolt stuck inside my last hole on the driver's side head

Also, how is the smell with no cats?
