i have called a few times and usualy get someone that is helpfull or at least tries to be. it just seems like they don't have much experience with pushing the unit very much. i have asked max rpm of the blower many times and have goten answers from 12000 to 18000 rpm.

Default Whipple Tech

I must say, i had heard a lot of complaints with the guys in Whipple's tech department. I just got off the phone with Stephen at Whipple and he solved the problems i was having with my computer, no more flashing lights or codes. I also explained to him it was a long distance phone call and he got straight to the point. The truck feels stronger and hopefully weather permitting i will make it to the track and post some new times.

I've heard the samethings. I've talked to Stephen 4 times and once had to leave a messege and he called back the same day. So far I have not had any problems with their tech department. That's more than I can say about DiabloSport, they didn't return my call.
