I am tring to get it to the track this weekend. If i can get everything done in time with my truck and my buddies cars. Those are the numbers i am shooting for it is just a matter of doing it thats the problem. The only thing i think that is stopping me from running low elevens is traction we will see if it has enough with slicks.

I am hauling the wounded 6.0 to the machine shop in about 12 hours. I still plan on meeting my goal for the season of driving into the track, turning off the A/C and busting off a 6.9 1/8th mile pass.

There is no way your 4.8 will ever touch 13s N/A (in the 1/4 mile).

Take a look at post number 119 (listed on the right hand side):
http://ls1info.com/camstats/showdata.php
It shows Matt Tackel with a 292 CI motor (4.8L). Oh yeah, it was posted on Jan 7, 2003 and he says he has a 216 / 218 cam installed. Thats the same cam he says he installed last month. Hmmmm.... Something is fishy!
