Charles,

Stan at Stan's Sotex in Tomball is making mine. He is custom fabbing mine with my stock cats, but I know you have the inspect hookup. I bet Sotex would get what you need done, plus they have mine in the shop right now. If you call tomorrow they might be able to take some measurements and fab it up. $160 for the y. Great guys and looks like a quality shop.

If youre able to do this, put it on a trailer, and tell them its being built as a race truck, if they still say no, tell them to fab it, but not install it. They cannot get in trouble for making it, but they can get in big trouble for putting it on. If its for an on-road vehicle.
