Figure what length you want and check if the manufacturer makes something close.I wanted a Gatorback belt for my Magnacharger the Gates belt was a 6rib 112",Goodyear did't show that size but the did show a 111.5"belt 4061115.The lenth of the belt and number of ribs are in the part number, the Gates number for my 112" belt is KO61120.

I've got a fleet account with Autozone through my bussiness they did'nt stock the 4061120 the 4061115 fits 7.3liter Ford truck so they kept it in stock.I thought ProChargers used an 8 rib belt.

The truck kits use the 6 rib belt. I think some of the camaro kits come with an 8 rib setup. I actually have an extra 112 laying around as a backup. I got one from summit and the one I have on the truck right now I got from a local parts shop. They had to order it, but they had it in a day.

I had the same belt as whitt1 for my Radix system. I looked all around for the 112" gatorback with no luck. the longest I would find was a 110.5". It fit .. barely .. soon after that I was in the shop replacing my altenantor. I wouldn't get one too tight, but a half inch off shouldn't hurt anything.
I had to push the tensioner down all the way, and then scrape the ribs over the altenator pulley, so it you are trying them out .. that means it's tight.
