That may be true, but GM added the extra amps for the addition of the e-fans.
More than likely a 105 amp alt will have to over-work to keep up with the extra loads. In turn it shortens the life of the alt.
Going to the 145amp alt would give it more safeguard security & reliability.

I think it was about two weeks ago when I ran a 14.0....

see my new setup in sig... just waiting to install the LS1 fans and getting a custom tune...
