What's mods first for '03 2500hd 6.0 4x4?

Wondering what to do first to this thing and what results to expect. Don't want to hurt mileage or make it to loud. Any suggestions? Thanks, Hiossilver

Start with...

Diablo Programmer (HPP3 only if its super cheap)
Catback (Magnaflow's 5x11x22 is very mellow)
Air Intake (FIPK, UPD, Voilant)
ASP underdrive pullies

After that there's...

Ported TB
Headers
Highflow MAF
!Cats
!EGR
!AIR

well, i have a few ideas, i am planing an all out 2500. my first steps are.....
electric cutouts
stall
posi
locker up front
fuel pump
electric fans
wideband tune
200+shot using the new nxl set up shot right out of the hole(well 3000rpm up but with the stall it will prety much be right out of the hole)

prety sure this would get a 12sec slip.

now really dreaming here but the next couple of steps would be...
forged everything 408(low compresion) hit with a 300shot now. (somewhere in the 11's?)
then a home built turbo set up with lots of boost and a nice big shot to get it out of the hole(10's?)

ok, ok, those last couple of steps might not be what you are looking for but the first list of mods MIGHT be something you are interested in.
