Whats heads do I have?

How do I know which heads I have? I thought I read somewhere where the '07s come with 243 heads? Is that stamped somewhere?

look on the corner of the head, it will have the casting # on it.

i doubt your 5.3 came with 243's, but i could be wrong

on the passenger side head look at the front corner..should say there..i know on the new body style all the ones that ive seen come through have 243 heads..but you have the classic so i dunno for sure

the new 07s not a carry over 06 rebadged as a 07...the 243s are on the new motors not the old ones.

if your a 5.3 you got the typical 706s i beleive
