Whats the best bolt on mods for my 5.3

I am wanting to add some quality after-market bolt on's that will drastically improve the all around performance, withuot crackin the engine open,and still have driveability.Any info on qualiy bolt on's is app.

I say do the programmer first then see where you stand afterwards. I think you'll be surprised at the difference it will make. As for headers, long tube is the way to go and arizona speed and marine makes the best for the 5.3 right now. <img border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" title="" src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" />

It works better than the K&N FIPK, I had one before I made this. You don't even need a K&N or similar filter, they're crap. Just replace the Delco filter with a Purolator paper filter, they actually work better. I've tried a K&N, AFE and the Purolator filter, I did some 0-60 & 0-90 performance runs to check. My truck ran the fasest times with the Purolator filter in both the 0-60 and 0-90 runs.

The advantages of the long tube will become more appearant when the power curve is pushed higher and head flow is increased...I will have substantiated information on this once the 6.0L/H/C goes in.
