Id like to hear more about this setup, tell us about the porting on the heads what did you use and what area did you focus on? Did you have them flowed? Any milling or valve work (angle job, cutback)?
Homemade CIA: what did you use materials wise, are you still using stock box whats the setup
cam: whats the lift on the cam, lsa, springs, what rpm are you shifting

Tib.. I cut a 1.85 60' on that pass which is about my average short time on motor.

Tooquick... I still have the stock 3.73 gears that came in the truck with the addition of an eaton posi after the G80 gave up the ghost.

02Sierra... I answered most all of your questions already in either pm or in an open forum but I will answer them again here. Check this thread started by you for the specifics on what I did to the heads. https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...t=ported+heads
In addition to that I had them milled .040 and did not have any valve work done, which in retrospect, I wish I had. I did have them flowed but only after the porting and it was on an old superflow bench. Although I told them what bore to use, I dont know what bore they actually flowed them with so I dont think they are all that accurate.
Parts for CAI.. rubber 90* elbow, 4" al tubing and ss clamps from airflow online, 1/16" al sheet for heat shield from Lowes, 5x9" open element K&N from Advanced Autoparts, reused some stock pieces to attach the maf.
Cam specs are 214/216 .535/.545 113+4, comp 918 springs shifting out at 6200rpm.
