What y-pipe do people use and cat Q?

What y-pipe do people use and cat Q?
I am looking into exhaust for a 04 Silverado SWB 5.3 SC. I have decided on coated TOG headers and a Corsa catback. But what kind of y-pipe do people use? Stock? Also, is there any power to be found by removing the cats? Thanks!
