Ok my dad has the 5.3 joe gibbs sbsc pickup with a 3.25" pulley. I wanna smoke him. Will this ls6 with a cam do that until i get a procharger on it?

u should have him with the cam and ls6 or maybe without the cam. no telling

So are the new JoeGibbs trucks fast are what? Compaired to a regular 5.3 with just bolt-ons? Or is it a waste of $$

yeah he has run some pretty good times. A few low 13 timeslips and one high 13. I have a scsb silverado with a 5.3

is the jg a regular cab or ext. you will need on engine a ls6 with a good cam and a 3000 stall with probably 3.73 or 4.10. and you should have him. if not swap on the 5.3 heads on the ls1 and put some nitrous on it.
