well i made a list of parts im going to order im going to order a superchips programmer a jet performance chip another cold air inatake change the one i got msd wires and coils and a throttle bodie spacer what do think its going to run

 

i dunno man, with those mods...shoot, add about 1.47 seconds to your 1/4 time and thats where you should be at....

 

I wouldnt spend money on any of those mods. Frankly it wouldnt do much. Get a good tune (not superchips ) Pick a tuner like NELSON or Wait4me and you will have a different truck on your hands.

 

 

You really need to spend some time searching this site man, you'd be dropping over $1000 to knock off .5 on a good day.

Slow4.7, what vehicle are you talking about? None of the mods you listed will do anything for performance, really. Almost everyone here, myself included has tried at least some mod wich sounds good but did nothing or even worse!

Read around here a bit. Look for trucks you admire and see what they have done for performance. A good start will be a cold air type of intake, exhaust (not 4" unless your diesel) Headers, and custom tune like Nelson or Dyno tuning if available near you.

 

i remember when i first got into things i dropped 350$ on a Venom400 control module, what a load of ha ha, its still sitting in my door compartment. if you want something crappy i would GIVE that to you.

 

from total experience, and giving u guidance, the coils will do nothing, the wires will do nothing, ive used a hand held tuner, and that BLOWS compared to a custom tune,

the wires will make some color under your hood, and the coils wont do a damn thing. SOME mods are more towards higher hp engines, we are talking serious numbers.

i have a tb spacer, it whistles, thats about it.

to be honest, a good cold air intake system, and a built exhaust system, LT's back, with 2 1/2 inch piping, would do you great! i run true dual 2 1/2 with LT's and i love it, i got a nelson tune, drove to san antonio, and OMG driving back home, i was impressed!!! fully, the diablo i have only does good to read engine diagnositcs and real time data, thats it!

letting ur truck breathe and **** easier does wonders, and getting ur tune, will enhance it even more!!

read up on here alot, talk to people, it will help,
