Default What spark plugs

I just figured my mileage and I'm not to sure but I think I'm getting between 10-15mpg. A tank of gas will last me about 3 weeks, which sounds good, but I only drive about 100-110 miles a week and don't go over 2000 rpm. Does this sound right with my mods? Anyway, the only thing I could think of is the spark plugs. You are suppost to replace them every 100,000 miles or 5 years and my truck in 5 years old now. What kind of plugs should I get?

You've got all those performance goodies and never go above 2000 rpm??? Seems a bit strange...

It's not like I never go wot, I've beaten my truck pretty good. It's just that now that it's geting to be summer time, the gas prices are going up and it's a bit more of a concern.

I get 21 highway at 80 mph with my 99 extended cab with a 224/224 cam in it.

City is around 16-ish, but that's because I drive like an idiot and I have 3.42's so it takes a bit to get my truck moving.
