Default what are some effective, cheap engine mods for horsepower

I want to add some more horsepower to my engine but dont want to spend *** loads of money and I know I'm not going to get 100 extra horsepower just by buying petty ****, but that all I want for now.
This is what I have so far, ls1 efans, WFM tune, throttle body spacer, upgraded big 3, K&N gen 2, 160A alt (I know it doesnt add horsepower, just throwing it out there) and thats it. What else could I do that is along the price range of all the stuff I've already bought?

Look for someone selling a cam on Tech, here, or Ebay for cheap, or throw on a performance muffler like Magnaflow, Dynomax, etc.

Exhaust would be a good start. Full exhaust would be best IMO. Then I would start thinking about some other mods.
