Default what size slicks and rims are u guys running?

I have to get some tires now, and I decided it just cost too much money to be racing on my street tires. What size slicks on what rims are u guys running? I figure I will just slap these on for my weekend runs. Thanks

Try a set of 255\50-16 BFG Drag radials for the track, they'll work with stock 7"wide wheels and be ok to drive a limited amount on the street.

get some mickey thompson e/t streets. i got 28x11.5 on a cheap set of american racing 16 x 8's. you will definitally hook with mickeys on your truck. i would suggest 26 x 10.5 to start with. once those wont hook then get the 28 x 11.5.

the 26x10.5 are the size i run on my stang. arent these tires aLITTLE to small for
these trucks since they come with 30inch tall tires. the smaller slick will throw off the
speedo and make the truck shut down earlier.

I run 26x10.50x16 ET streets on stock aluminum wheels. I like the smaller diameter cause it gives me a little more gear for the hole shot.

Hrm...is there a 30-32" tall, 10" wide that fits on a 16" rim?
