just thinking what shot of nos to run with my setup im running stock fuel system whipple 8 psi stock engine LQ4 6.0 4.10 gears 3500 stall asm long tube no cats

A wet shot wont tax your injectors any more. I dont know if you are using Whippel's craptronic extra injectors or not.
If you are using Whippel's injector thingy and a wet shot that is going to be a lot of load on your fuel rails. (Even though are fuel rails are huge and really hard to run dry)
Either way upgrading your fuel pump with any size shot on top of boost is mandatory to do it safe

He is using the extra injectors, however I think Nelson was gonna get some 40+LB injectors and use the "extras" to plug the front of the intake.

you'd be better off ditching the whipple electronics, getting 8.1L marine injectors, adding an inline fuel pump, and having it tuned. I think. THEN go for nitrous.
