what is the ratio in 4lo?

since we are on a xfer case mode here, anyone know what the ratio is for 4lo in the nv246(auto track) and what about the nv261HD(2500hd xfer case)?

2.72:1 for the 246

Okay find out a total 4Lo ratio would you multiply the 1st trans gear (3.06:1) X Rear Axle Ratio (3.73:1) X the Lo T-Case ratio of 2.72:1? To give you about a 31:1 ratio!?

yep.....that's called a crawl ratio...you only ever have to worry about that number when rock-crawling and SLOW is much more important than FAST
