Should've done a search first, only 29# injectors. Are there any direct replacement injectors that would support 500+FWHP? What other options do we have for fuel system upgrades? Any intank pumps?

I think any car intank pumps can easily be made to fit the trucks. Custom injectors can be ordered in any sizes needed. Parish8 has an inline pump.

For the 423 Escalade EXT project I'm working on, we bought a set of 8.1L marine use injectors. I asked if they differ from the normal 8.1s, and was told they were larger. I'll get the part number off them and see if it is different than my regular 8.1 injectors.

How is the truck running? Did you get the converter issue worked out?

I seriously need some tuning, but other than that it's really haulin'! I have little traction issues since I still have my 33"s on, but I can still spin them pretty nice. 3rd gear is still letting go. From a launch, the trans won't shift into third, it'll just surge/rock until I let off the gas. Even when cruising on the highway doing about 85-90, the trans will start to slip.

Just planning ahead for the 422, want to get started on getting everything together. Figured it wouldn't hurt to start upgrading the fuel system now. Any recomendations as what to use for the 422? By the way, how's the EXT coming along? You've got be itching to get your hands on that HO 6.0!

What injector size are used in the 8.1? And, can the 8.1 fuel pump be installed in 1/2 ton trucks to fill the need of fuel for a 422 swap? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
