penzoil 5w30 and whatever filter cam with my AEM CAI...i agree with someone saidf earlier as long as its new and clean and changed every 3k it shouldnt really matter...

Which Fram are you guys using? Please tell me it is not the regular Fram filter.
The standard Fram oil filter has one the lowest reviews.
Here are some reviews on some oil filters. The one that gets the best review can only be used for one manufacturer though.

Mobil 1 full synthetic and Mobil 1 Filter or K&N Filter every 5000 miles. Up to 167K now and Blackstone labs cant believe it has such low wear patterns with that kind of mileage.
Also stay away from the Fram filters IMO. They use cardboard endcaps in their filter. I just can't see cardboard holding up to hot oil under pressure. Once the cardboard endcap fails, you're not filtering oil anymore.
