Default What OHM is factory gm truck oil sending unit?

Trying to add an oil pressure gauge and cant figure out what fawking gauge I need..

already have a new oil sender on the motor, so do I need to get a gauge with a sender and replace that one?

I was told if I could find out what ohms the factory truck one was then I could find a gauge for it.. or do I just need to get the gauge with a sender?

both have sending units but one is WAY more esspensive..

so I dunno wtf

the motor is an L92 so you could go with that, think the oil sender is the same for most of them :shrugs:

99-02 is a one wire sender. The newer trucks have a short 3 wire sender. I already spent 20 minutes looking for specs on both, and came up with nothing. I'd like to know for sure before I really dig in on this for you.
