Default What next? Hummmm....

I have a 2000 5.3 slowverado.

4:10
Detroit locker
SF3000 TQ converter
Shift Kit
Pacesetter LT-No Cats
ORY-Cutout-Aerochamber
CAI "if that count"

100mm/90mm TB Worth it????

I KNOW I need a tune. Truck runs "rich" and i know a decent tune will wake little sleeping beauty up hee hee Any suggestions?

Was thinking E-fans then getting it tuned.

Any other mod suggestions? Oh yeah its my DD

One more question. I have the Toyo Proxes S/T 275/60 R16 would running 10-15psi be way to low? Iv been running at 20psi and cant hook for could be just the sorrya$$ track...I know i just need to invest in some dragradials!!! Even on the street from 1-2 it 98% of the time chirps....during "normal driving" Thanks shiftkit+gears+tqconverter.....cops just dont understand..im not doing it onpurpose!!!!

Thanks guys!!!!

first off if you are "Slowverado" you are about to be banned. If not well, he was a member that was banned then keeps making other alias' and tries to post on here and is not allowed on pt.net, but is allowed on ls1tech. now that that is out of the way...

man you really need a tune i would bet if you got a dyno tune you'd get 50-60hp!

id suggest some underdrive pulleys and definetely some efans.

for traction, id say thats too low on tire press. for the toyos. get some caltracs made by calvert racing and hook and go. but for the track you REALLY need something like MT et streets.

the 100mmMAF/90mm TB is not worth it IMO IF you dont have a intake manifold with a 90mm inlet. the only ones with that though are the ls2 intakes( including the ssr, tbss, gto/ls2, and vette/ls2) and the FAST LSX 90mm, oh and the magnacharger radix MP122hh kit

not necessarily on the UD pulleys, free up HP not add it and its about 5-10hp

40hp is about what is gained on a stock motor and your motor is a good bit more efficient/free-flowing than stock

wasnt sure the secret man because he does try to be secret/sneaky to be over here

after those mods its time for either a power adder or a cam...

I'd say buy a cam and save up and get a tune for it and get it installed at the same time... Get a 160 degree thermostat beforehand, too...
