What mufler is a proven performer on a 2500 6.0?

What mufler is a proven performer on a 2500 6.0?

Not sure if I am keeping the truck, but if I do, exhaust will be the first thing I do. Truck is a 03 2500. 6.0 4x4.

Flowmaster 40 series are always good as well....
the stock muffler is pretty good though....mostly what you will get when you change the muffler is only more noise

flowmaster makes the best sound. but they perform substantially less than magnaflow type.

too bad i love that sound so much

I installed the magnaflow and eliminated the air intake baffle's and gained a nice torque gain with great sound.Slight cab resonance at 1600 rpm but after a few days you drive around it without noticing.

Which Magnaflow part number did you go with? I believe that there are two of them with Dual 3" in/out. One is a little longer than the other. How loud did it make yours? I need something with a "little" more rumble without getting my *** in a wringer with the wife for making it too loud.
