Default What mods for a 4.8L?

I've got a 4.8 in my 2003 GMC (that is for sale by the way). What kind of mods could I do that I can get more out the 4.8. I've got a CAI, tb bypass, headers, programmer, exhaust, and 4.10s. I haven't ran it down the 1/4 mile yet. What kind of cam, stall would be good for it. Any help would be good.

There is always stuff you can add, depends on how much you want to spend. I'd say put a blower or turbo on there.

Curious though, why do you want to mod it if you are selling it?

Well I was just wondering what I could do if I don't sell it. I'm trying to get a diesel so I can start hauling horses to rodeo's and this little truck just wont do that.
