Are u sure bout that? I thought ASM's were S/S? I almost went w/. them, but wasn't crazy bout finding a place to cut & weld cats up to em, since finding someone to do welding on my header - y setup on my older truck was such a headache.

That's why I went w/. Dynas. At the time, they were best s/s hdr. out there. Since then SW & finally ARH came to play. I wouldn't hesitate to buy any of the 3.

Positive, they were coated mild steel. tdrumm's rusted all to **** after a few New Jersey winters...if they offered them in SS I'm not sure, but their basic header most definitely wasn't stainless. I haven't heard of any header manufacturer offering coated stainless headers off of the shelf either...
