Stock OEM AC Delco. They can both be had for $15-20 and are supposedly reusable once.

Amazon.... not that I would buy a Reinz gasket regardless lol. But if they work and are cheap power to you!

Can you post a link to that? I have never herd of 50/50 overlap. I tried googling it didn't come up with anything.

Header wrap, with a 50% overlap of the wrapping material as you wrap the headers...

Oh okay I understand. I was thinking he was talking about wrapping the gaskets somehow derp.

I have read things about the wrap causing the headers to rust, mine are ceramic coated though, so idk.

headers rust whether they are wrapped or not. wrapping keeps the heat in the exhaust which helps keep the exhaust moving faster, and keeps engine bay temps down.

+ 1 on remflex on headers. OEM or OEM type for stock manifolds

Any header warpage and the OEM will leak,Remflex and be done
