Also I am hitting my rev limiter when I shift into second. I shift @ 6000 rpm and my rev limiter is set @ 6200 rpm, should I raise the rev limiter or lower my shift point?

Mna you should be in the 13s easy. Bluecajun is NA just made it to the 12s and the only thing he has more than you is a Cam. Your setup is really close to his.
