Default what gaskets for a cam and spring install

i plan on doing a cam install very soon (tax returns) and i was wondering what gaskets i would need its a 2000 5.3.
i am going to keep the heads on the block. what new parts i am getting are:

cam
springs
pushrods
retainers
timing chain

do you think i should upgrade the head studs?

thanks for any help!!

Gaskets need will be front cover, front seal, waterpump (x2), oil pump pickup o-ring and a new crank bolt.
I wouldnt worry about the head studs unless you were going to have the heads off in the first place.

Stock bolt stretches when it's installed. A new one is cheap insurance. It'd be like reusing TTY headbolts...it's asking for problems.

And unless you plan some serious boost, you don't need head studs for any reason. Some ARP head bolts would be fine.

Is there something wrong with the stock timing chain that you feel the need to put in a new one? Just curious. High miles? If I were going to do a timing chain replacement, it'd be a rollmaster double timing chain. IMO. Scoggin Dickey also sells.

If the gaskets on the truck are not separated from the metal, you can reuse them. Cheap insurance for new ones, but not must haves. I didn't use new ones for over 5 k now and have no problems.
