I like my old lt1 fans. They work great cooling my engine. Picked them up off of ebay for $65. I also have the Nelson fan harness, so he tuned them to cut on at a certain engine temp. Great product as well.

On a budget the LT1 or LS1 fans are great and get a Nelson fan harness. The ultimate setup would be upgrade to the 34inch core radiator and get a set of 05 truck electric fans and a Nelson harness. I am currently running LT1 fans with a 34inch core radiator, I will be upgrading to the 05 fans soon as I feel like dropping the cash for them.
