Was the block bored with a torque plate? Cylinders checked true with heads and mains torqued?

Sorry guys been crazy busy lately. I'm not 100% sure on the clearance the shops about 5 hours away and I wasn't there for the process. As far as the bottom of the block as far as I,know it looked good. I pulled the motor and dropped it off with the builder never opened it due to warranty. I'm trying to get a like from them on the pistonsthat are in it. I was just told gen 4 ls1 pistons?
