Default what can i do to reach the 12's?

i just recently got my truck to 13.33 at 98.74. this was with et streets in 55 degree weather. i have most all of the bolt ons that i can think of, i believe most are in my sig. i really want to get in the 12's n/a, but i dont know what else to do. i am going to get allen to raise my shift points from 1st 6500 to 6800 and 2nd 6300 to 6600. maybe that will help some. also my last runs were with all the normal weight reduction. if there are any other free mods or cheap mods i can do to get me there i would appreciate the help. also any tricks with tire pressure or any info on what tires to run on the front and maybe what size to run on the back. sorry all the questions, i just need some help to reach my goal. thanks

Run a short belt at the track and bypass the power steering pump. Should be good for .1 or less. Also, what weight reductions do you do at the track? You would probably hit the 12s with alittle mild headwork(didn't see any posted in your sig). What gears are you running? I really don't know if you will get anything from going to 6800 over the 6500. My shift points on my 224 in the 6.0L are at 6500, and it seems to be about right. What rpm are you launching at off the line? Are you going high off the line, or low and letting the converter flash?

well i have the stock 3.73 gears. as far as weight reduction i remove the spare and the tailgate. i also take the passenger side headlight out. i try and leave around 1500 rpms and sometimes 2000. and i would like to do this without any headwork.

All that seems to be left bolt-on wise is a larger throttle body, cut outs. If you got some money heads or headwork and an aftermarket intake manifold to compliment your new throttle body and that cam you got.

Most people also see a .1 or so with the underdrive pulleys. I know goshawk23 gained that and some with his. Might be something to look into on your quest to shave those last few tenths off. Hell, take the passenger seat out at the track. I know 01Thunder did that at the shootout to reach his goal of 13s with the 4.8L NA, now he's steadily knocking down the tenths.

What are your short times? Are you spinning at all?

Take the AC belt off as well. I know that V8 is bypassing his alternator as well.
