What cam and roller rockers?
#2
For a blower cam, I won't be able to make a good suggestion. For the springs, I would go with Manly double springs, but you will have to pull the heads to do that due to the spring base being larger. If the cam is not to wild (under 550 lift) you could get by with Comp 918's. Roller rockers, I wouldn't evn spend my mony on. We already have a roller setup that is 1.7. Most 10 sec F-bodies use the stock rollers.

Keep the stock rockers and go with the cam only. Widen the lobe separation angle a little (compared to your typical N/A cam). 212/218, 116 LSA would work nice. Running a blower means you don't need to go crazy on the intake duration, but it means you'll still need to open the exhaust long enough to get it out. If you were running N/A with headers, I might recommend a 216/216, 113 cam, but with a blower, the choices are different.

are you going to get a before and after dyno? i would really like to know what a 212/218 116lsa does with a blower like ours. i have been thinking about a cam for a long time but just can't decide wich one and no one can really say that it will make a diference.
