Default What cam?

What cam either stock from camaro, vette or after market will fit and work on a 99 5.7L Vortec? Now I need something that is reliable because I do alot of long distance driving from Houston to Phoenix.

That 89 cam will work, so long as its a roller cam, the 92 Vette cam is a good one, but the best GM stock cam is teh 1996 Corvette LT4 cam, it has 203/210 with .476/.480 " of lift on a 115. Those lift stats are with 1.6:1 rockers, with 1.5:1, the lift will be a bit lower. Much better than teh stock Vortec cam.
