p.s that does not include the installation or the springs or gaskets that you will need to do it either just remembered and wanted to remind you in case you had not kept those in mind

If you are going with a big cam, you may want to consider a t/c also. I'm trying to work from the outside in. I've done the intake and exhaust work and am happy with it. I want to do some tranny work next. I figure about a grand for shift kit, servos and t/c install. After that comes the cam. I hope to get a cam, springs, rods, and lifters installed for around $2500.

The cams I am looking at are:

Vinci "045" 216/224 .551/.551 115
Vinci "055" 216/224 .551/.551 113
Thunder Racing 220/220 .551/.551 112
Thunder Racing 220/220 .551/.551 114

I think these cams are <$500.

I second the TR220 on a 112!!!! Not too big, not too small.
