Default what to buy?

Hey. I have a 91 sierra with the 5.7 350. It is pretty much stock with the exception of flowmaster exhaust and lowered suspension. I want to get some more performance on it. I was thinking of the following
intake manifold
performance chip
cam
possibly headers
a shot of nitrous, maybe 125-175
tell me what you think. Im open to suggestions. I want it to look stock

Just what you said above and buy the adapter and put a 454 throttle body on it...they flow around 7-750cfm. They also look stock, plus the spacer/adapter will help too.

Personally, I would not modify the 350 you have in the truck now. Start looking around for a '96-'98 Silverado/Sierra Vortec 350 or a '96-'00 Tahoe/Suburban Vortec 350. They have port fuel injection instead of your throttle body injection and they have better flowing Vortec heads. The only problem I see with this is getting the right ECM (computer) for your truck. Anyways, this is somethng you may want to consider.

A set of vortec heads, intake, 454 TB, TB spacer, cam, chip and if you didnt allready get rid of the stock cats. These mods really woke up my old 91' k1500.

I had a '95 1500 and the one best mod I felt for the money was installing an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. not a huge gain, but with a superchip, it made a world of difference in responsiveness and most of all fuel economy. I do remember something about the older trucks having weaker fuel pumps that would stall out at like 9 psi. Just thought I would suggest this. Also I did feel for $125, the superchip performed well, even with 195,000 miles.
