I disagree, at all times you want as much high speed/hot air going to that turbo as possible; espeically low end; that is where it needs to spool. the turbo provides plenty of resistance to allow for scavaging, the most free flowing exhuast into and out of the turbo is usually the best one. This usually means short headers (obviously tuned length) and a strait through muffler.
