Default Went to the track

So we went to the track for the first time with the new set up. So I didnt change anything at all on the truck except put the et streets on the back. So it still has 22s on the front and it still has stereo and everything. I didnt wana break anything so i wasnt too hard on it the first 2 passes.

First Pass: 7.55 @ 94.3 with a 1.82 60'

Second Pass: 7.38 @ 95.1 with a 1.75 60'

Third Pass: BOOM BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rear end broke and locked up and broke another drive shaft. I launched hard and it saw 11#s when it broke. All the other passes were at 9#s. So my 9" needs to hurry up and get done so I can get that in and go run it hard and probably get a better 60' cause i was spinning on the first 2 passes but the 3rd it hooked before it broke. I am going to get the 9" in it, get the converter tightened up and then I can put the smaller pulley on it too and make about 20#s. I am probably going to change to a air to water I/C while its down this time too. We will see. So there is the update.

So you feel 116-117mph in the 1/4 is about right?

I'm gonna say that's a tad low. He'll be seeing 100mph in the 1/8th before too long.

I'm just judging by those runs. Generally you add about 20-24mph on top of your eigth MPH to get your 1/4mile MPH no?

Damb that blower is dead quiet. I figured it would be as loud as hell. Thing moves pritty good though. Sucks about the rear end though. Get it fixed and get a real tune in there.
