WB guage with full dual exhaust?
#1
I have a Dynojet Commander wb afr guage sitting behind the Pacesetter y pipe.
I'm planning a change to full dual exhaust and am wondering about the wb. Can't mount it in both pipes so ??????? Settle for a reading on one bank?

I guess. I would say buy another sensor so you can have a toggle switch and alernate between the two's sensing lines but with my innovate you have to calibrate the heater circuit and sensor when you install a new one.

I have been reading up on this as I am in the same boat. So far I gather that the WB should be on the passenger side because it is always the leaner of the 2. Cant say why, this is just what I have read. That doesn't really check since #7 is on the drivers side and it's the cylinder to go lean (first hand knowledge on that
) Also, I read that it should be before the cat. I'm only going to run one WB. Probably on the pass side. I will research more about where to place it as the time draws near. And I'll be
on this thread for some expert opinions.

My tuner is now doing wideband street tunes, he told me get a bung before the cat on either side. Not right next to the cat, but a little distance from the collector. Mixture I guess.

My WB came with a bung to weld into the pipe. So I will have 5 O2 sensors I guess. If anybody actually has this set up Id like to see pics and get measurements from the cat to the WB O2.
