Water Ingestion

Has anyone heard of water ingestion problems with any of the various intakes available.....or from drilling holes in the bottom of the stock box?

I haven't heard of a problem with our trucks.I know that f-bodies can be affected by deep puddles of water and maybe a truck running a rear mount tubo.
