IMO go with the 206/212 and LS6 springs. The 212/218 lowlift in my 4.8 is getting close to the far side of DD cams. The 212/218 low is kind of a dog until 2500, but screams from there on out! I have the fix for the cam lag waiting to be installed...a Trailblazer I-6 Stall converter.

A custom tune from one of the sponsors such as Wheatley,BlackBear or Nelson is a must for any mod to the truck. Well worth the money. Like mentioned before, handhelds are generic just like the stock tune. A custom tune dials in your computer to your specific engine mods and makes it come alive.
